A MAJOR WINTER STORM IS ON THE WAY. THIS STORM IS PROJECTED BY THE HPC CENTER TO RIVAL THE FEB 11TH STORM OF 1983 WHICH DUMPED NEARLY 2 FT OF SNOW ON MID ATLANTIC. THERE WILL BE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS.
