A MAJOR WINTER STORM IS ON THE WAY. THIS STORM IS PROJECTED BY THE HPC CENTER TO RIVAL THE FEB 11TH STORM OF 1983 WHICH DUMPED NEARLY 2 FT OF SNOW ON MID ATLANTIC. THERE WILL BE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS. BLOWING, DRIFTING, AND NEARLY 2-2.50 INCHES OF LIQUID PRECIP, WHICH WHITH A STANDARD 10:1 RATIO MEANS ABOUT 15-25 INCHES LOCALLY 30 INCHES.
