Especially areas east of 95, and even more especially in Southeastern VA! I am seeing bands spiraling around the center of Jeanne’s remnants which will mean breaks in rain and possibility of some sunshine in areas. Jeanne’s remnants will give us a good shot of rain today. 2 to 3 inches with some 4 inch plus amounts are possible especially the eastern side of the higher elevations.
