OK. My First Guess. What I would say.. VERY concerned about a major ice storm in the Piedmont of Virginia and Maryland and SE PA. MUCH UNCERTAINTY except I do think the mix will cut down on snow totals in many areas. If it stays snow.. 12″ would b possible in areas N and W of the big cities
