Irene made landfall at about 7:30 AM – She is kicking in a lot of heavy rain and severe weather now for VA, MD, and NC. She has kicked precipitation way west! I suspect Flood Watched on and east of I-95 to become Flood Warnings. Tornado watches all along the coast with many rotating thunderstorms…
