Only thing I want to say is that amounts could be 1 to 3 inches morewest of i-95. Expect snow to be very heavy starting between 4 an 8 pmcentral to northern va and 6 to 10 pm in Maryland. Some places in pinkwill see 14"+ amounts! There is likely to be a dry slotting…
